India and Japan are likely to sign a comprehensive agreement for enhancing bilateral trade and economic ties within one year, Mr Kumar said. A comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between India and Japan is under constructive discussion and Japan has committed it would be clinched within a year, he said.
