Elgitread Company Secy quits

The Company Secretary of Elgitread (India) Ltd, Coimbatore, Ms V.M. Vennila has resigned from her job.

In a notice posted on its Web site, the NSE has said that Elgitread has informed the exchange that MsV.M. Vennila resigned as Company Secretary on January 27 and Mr S.R. Venkatachalam, Chief Finance Officer, has been appointed as Compliance Officer with effect from that date.
