Coimbatore , Jan. 11

Olympia Technology Park, promoted by the Khivraj Group in Chennai, has selected Trane for providing the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system.

According to Khivraj sources, energy efficiency, environmental responsibility and economics were factors for the selection.

With over 1.2 million sq ft of commercial space, the technology park, which has capitalised on the rising demand for incubation space by the ITES and BPO companies, may well be among the largest green buildings.
