3i Infotech Ltd has partnered with Oracle to develop a technology centre of excellence for insurance in Chennai. The solutions developed at this centre are targeted at the Europe, Middle East and Africa. The main focus of the technology centre is to help customers in the insurance industry better address strategic business challenges.
