Bharti AirTel has announced the launch of an affordable plan in which a feature-rich LG colour phone is bundled with AirTel prepaid connection for Rs 2,399. This is valid for two years. The handset is valued at Rs 4,000 and is GPRS-enabled and supports 64k colour and 40 polyphonic tunes. The CEO of Bharti AirTel, Andhra Pradesh, Mr T. Elango, said, "AirTel has designed this handset offer plan to provide pre-paid customers true value for money."
