Vimta Labs posts marginal fall in net

Vimta Labs Ltd, the contract research and clinical trials company, has suffered a marginal fall in net profit for the second quarter of current fiscal ended September 2006, while it reported a growth of 21.22 per cent in gross revenue.

As per the unaudited financial results, the company achieved gross revenue of Rs 16.56 crore (Rs 13.66 crore) and a net profit of Rs 3.44 crore (Rs 3.54 crore).
