Justice Dwivedi sworn in as MRTPC chief

New Delhi, Sept. 26

Justice Mr Om Prakash Dwivedi, a retired Judge of the Delhi High Court, swore in as the Chairman of Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTPC) here on Tuesday.

An official release said that the Chief Justice of India administered the oath of office and secrecy to Justice Mr Om Prakash Dwivedi at the Supreme Court Judges' Assembly Hall. The Company Affairs' Minister, Mr Prem Chand Gupta, was also present on the occasion.
