Kenexa to launch e-HCM

Our Bureau

Hyderabad, Sept. 15

Kenexa is set to launch an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for human resource management. The company claimed that e-HCM could bring in a significant change in the way enterprises manage their most valuable assets — human resources. e-HCM is the only product in the market place that addresses all aspects of human capital management — recruitment, payroll, automation of mass hiring including talent acquisition and retention, which integrates with the company systems.

The Chief Technology Officer of Kenexa, Mr Rama Velpuri, said: "The launch of the product is set for early next year and the product has the capability to integrate with existing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, and would be an ideal foil for HR managers." The Managing Director of Kenexa, Mr Raghuveer Sakuru, said the company, which has an employee base of about 850 people across locations, is on an expansion mode, both within India, and by setting up a centre in Malaysia. As a part of this expansion plan, the company has acquired a 25-acre land in Visakhapatnam, and is set to commence work on its campus. The phase one of the project will witness investment of about $3 million.
