Virtusa Corporation on Monday announced it has inducted Mr Ravi Vadapalli as global head and director, training and development. Based in Hyderabad, Mr Ravi will be responsible for shaping the leadership development strategy and execution programme for the company worldwide. He is a change management expert from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and earlier worked with the Satyam School of Leadership, NIIT Ltd and HCL Hewlett Packard.
