Chennai , June 23

Ace Academy Private Ltd, a business accounting and legal practices training institute, has launched "aceprocedures.com" — an online access to business procedures.

Instead of using books on sales tax and other laws to run one's business, one can find all the information on this Web site, said Ms Vijaya Kalyan, Director, Ace Academy.

The site has modules on how to file and submit a variety of documents. Information is available on documents like model deeds, covering letters, fees, due dates, tax rates and tax calculators compute the taxes payable by a business entity. Information on addresses and telephone numbers of the offices concerned is also provided for people to file their forms in person. E-mail reminders will be sent prior to the expiry of the statutory submissions. SMS alerts for the same are being considered.
