Soros picks up stake in Amtek Auto

Mumbai, May 29

Soros Fund Management, a fund promoted by the billionaire investor, Mr George Soros, has picked up about 9.8 lakh shares constituting 0.815 per cent stake in automotive parts maker Amtek Auto Ltd. The fund bought the shares through a bulk deal from Mirae Asset Investment Trust, according to the filings with the Bombay Stock Exchange. The Fund bought the stake at Rs 280 per share. On Monday, the shares of Amtek Auto ended at 289.10, up 2.37 per cent from Friday.
