Airlines Cathay Pacific to operate daily flights from HK to Delhi, Mumbai Our Bureau
Kolkata , Nov. 17 CATHAY Pacific will fly daily to New Delhi and Mumbai from Hong Kong to take advantage of India's Civil Aviation Ministry's decision to temporarily remove the cap on flights during the peak travel winter season, a practice that the ministry has been following for the past several years. The airline, according to airlines industry sources, will operate daily services to New Delhi and Mumbai during the period from December 1, 2005 to January 31, 2006. Right now, the airline operates four flights a week to both the cities. Cathay Pacific's current Mumbai flights operate via Bangkok and continue onwards to Dubai. All three additional flights to Mumbai will also stop at Bangkok but only one of them will continue to Dubai. The other two will turn around in Mumbai.
