Teledata acquires Vanguard Tech

CHENNAI: The city-based Teledata Informatics Ltd has acquired 100 per cent stake in Vanguard Technologies LLC, US, which specialises in providing services based on SAP, according to a Teledata communication to the National Stock Exchange.

Vanguard has offshore development centres in Bangalore and Ahmedabad and its clients include SAP India, ABB, Samtel and Hewlett Packard, according to the communication, which did not give details on the deal size.
