KOCHI: The Kochi-based Holy Faith Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd is in the process of setting up a luxury apartment hotel-cum-resort project at Kuttikanam, Thekkady, in association with East West Group of companies in Saudi Arabia. The project will be completed by 2008.

The company has also plans to expand its activities to Gulf countries in association with Four Continents Luxuries Co LLC, Sharjah, in tourism-based projects, export of garments etc, Mr Sany Francis, Managing Director, said. The three projects, now handled by the company in Kochi includes a designer apartments near Model Engineering College, Thrikakkara, commercial complex-cum-studio apartments at Pachalam etc, which are fast nearing completion. The company had already invested Rs 60 crore for all these running projects, he added.
