HYDERABAD: Heritage Foods (India) Ltd has recorded a total income of Rs 77.37 crore and a net profit of Rs 2.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, against a total income of Rs 73.30 crore and a net profit of Rs 1.34 crore for the year-ago period.

For the fiscal ended March 31, 2005, the company's total income was Rs 266.91 crore with a net profit of Rs 10.15 crore. The company announced it paid a dividend of 30 per cent (Rs 3 per share) to the shareholders.
