TCI net jumps 33 pc

NEW DELHI: Transport Corporation of India (TCI) has registered a 33 per cent jump in its net profits at Rs 3.7 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, as compared to Rs 2.78 crore in the same period last year.

The net sales of the company stood at Rs 207.33 crore as compared to Rs 176.76 crore in the second quarter of 2004-05 thereby registering an increase of 17 per cent.
