Performance Big success for Bajaj CT 100 scheme in Karnataka Our Bureau
Bangalore , Sept. 21 THE `Bajaj CT 100 for Re 1', a scheme launched to mark over-one-million sales of the bike from the Bajaj stable, has met with `huge success in the State', according to Mr Soumyo Dutta Gupta, Regional Manager, Bajaj Auto Ltd. "We have already sold about 6,000 bikes in the category this month, while our average monthly sales is around 4,500 units," he said. The CT 100 promises to deliver 108 kmpl under standard conditions, with 75 kmpl in busy traffic conditions. It has other features like ExhausTEC that enables the rider to use the top gear even at low speeds, front suspension system designed to ease the strain on the rider's back, etc.
