OfficeTiger set to buy MortgageRamp

OFFICETIGER, the Chennai-based professional support services firm, has said that it is set to acquire MortgageRamp, a provider of business process outsourcing for the real estate finance industry with offices across the US.

A statement from OfficeTiger today said the agreement would add 150 clients to its client list and expand its existing financial management services capabilities.

As part of the agreement, MortgageRamp will become the Global Real Estate Division of OfficeTiger. Mr Ken Beyer, CEO of MortgageRamp, will continue as CEO of the new division.
