A wonder project

Work on the Rs 1,306-crore Bandra Worli Sea Link project in Mumbai is in progress and is expected to be completed by December 2007.

The city can look forward to a hassle-free drive to the business district of Nariman Point and Ballard Pier once the sea link is ready, which is estimated to save fuel and vehicle operation costs to the tune of Rs 100 crore a year. Motorists using this bridge will save about 30 minutes' driving time.
