Laurels for SilkAir

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: SilkAir has been ranked among the world's best airlines by an annual survey of readers of Travel+Leisure magazine. The airline, which was ranked at number 10, was the only regional carrier on the list of the world's best airlines, says a company press release. Rankings were based on readers' ratings of five parameters — cabin comfort, food, in-slight service, customer service and value, a press release said.
