Shree Renuka takes Rs 23-cr delivery

MUMBAI: Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd on Tuesday announced that it has received delivery of 12,470 tonnes in June futures contracts on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX).

The sugar delivery, valued at Rs 23 crore, will be picked up from the NCDEX warehouses in Kolkata and Delhi.

Shree Renuka Sugars is a Rs 400-crore integrated sugar company with mills in Karnataka and Maharashtra. It has exported over 300,000 million tonnes (mt) in 2000-2004 and imported over 200,000 mt of raw sugar in 2004-05.
