Infratech bags 1.5-cr sq.ft. project

Chennai , April 27

INFRATECH Infrastructure Services Pvt Ltd, an infrastructure consultancy company, has bagged about 1.5 crore sq ft of projects nationally, according to its Managing Director, Mr R. Kannan.

The two-year-old company with a turnover of about Rs 9 crore, provides expertise in architecture, project management, structural, electrical, plumbing and sanitary, water proofing, landscaping, interior decoration, lighting, acoustics and a range of other services.

The new projects of the company include the Rs 36-crore Globalink IT Park in Khardi, Pune, which is set on 2.58 acres with a built-up space of 2.75 lakh sq ft. This project will be completed in nine months.

The company is also offering consultancy in phase I of the Lanco IT and Township facility in Hyderabad. Mr Kannan said that this was a Rs 2,500-crore, 10 million sq.ft. township project which includes an IT park, housing complex and multiplex to be built over six years. The company plans to expand to South-East Asia, Mr Kannan said.
