Kochi to host meet on oilmeals usage

Mumbai , April 22

THE Solvent Extractors' Association of India (SEA), jointly with CLFMA of India (CLFMA) and American Soybean Association (ASA) is organising the 6th National Seminar for Popularisation of Oilmeal Usage in Compound Cattle, Poultry and Aqua Feeds during June 18-19 in Cochin.

Mr Oomman Chandy, Chief Minister of Kerala, will inaugurate the seminar.

Mr P.M.A. Hakeem, Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandary & Dairying, Government of India and Ms Nirja Rajkumar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, will be Guest of Honour and Hon'ble Guest respectively.The seminar is supported by large number of regional associations and organisations connected with compound feed industry.

About 250 delegates are expected to attend the seminar from all over India and abroad. The meet will provide an excellent opportunity to interact with the various segments of feed industry & policy makers from the Government circles.
