Software Intransa plans expansion Our Bureau
Bangalore , April 8 INTRANSA Inc, a provider of Internet Protocol (IP) storage solutions, is planning to expand its operations in India. Mr Udi Paret, Vice-President, Intransa Inc, said the company has seen a rapid growth in India in terms of customer acquisition since launch of operations over a year ago. "We have further expanded out software development and customer solutions in Pune, which has about 50 people now. We plan to expand our operations to offer technology support to our global customers from the Pune centre." Mr Paret also announced the appointment of Mr Vaidyanathan R. Iyer as the head of operations in India. Mr Iyer replaces country manager Mr B. Chandrashekar, who has been promoted as director of international market with a special focus on Asia-Pacific region. Intransa has seen significant client wins over last one year that include Wipro Spectramind and HCL Technologies.
