Moser Baer chief gets award

NEW DELHI: Mr Deepak Puri, Chairman and Managing Director of Moser Baer India Ltd, has been conferred the `Global Industry Leader 2005' award by Optical Disc Systems, a magazine on optical media manufacturing technology.

"Moser Baer has also won an award for the `Best Optical Media Developer'," a company release said here. Both the awards were presented to Mr Puri at a ceremony held on the 5th Disc-Tech Expo in New Delhi.
