Honest development

Honest parliamentarians can do much for India. They can: evolve strategies for childcare, health, good education and provide noon meals honestly; establish employer training programmes to offer free and flexible skill developing programmes; offer short free courses in childcare, family budgeting and health for poor parents.

Parliamentarians should also see that public servants in their constituency are honest, dedicated and efficient. Most important of all, they should spend less time studying the problems to be discussed in parliament and instead represent their cases effectively with data.
