Goldstone Tech hikes FII limit

HYDERABAD: Goldstone Technologies Ltd has informed the BSE that members decided at the company EGM to increase investment limit of FIIs up to 49 per cent.

The EGM also approved issue of 2,62,920 equity shares to the promoters of Stay Top Systems Inc, as part consideration for acquisition of that company. In a related resolution, the EGM approved issue up to 36,00,000 equity shares/option convertible preferential shares on preferential basis to FIIs.
