City Union Bank 9-month net steady

CHENNAI: City Union Bank posted a net profit of Rs 31.56 crore for the nine months ended December 2004, against Rs 31.05 crore in the same period last year. Total income stood at Rs 235.07 crore, compared with Rs 253.47 crore earlier.

Deposits grew to Rs 2,927 crore (Rs 2,684 crore), up by 9 per cent. Advances grew 18.5 per cent to Rs 1,819 crore (Rs 1,535 crore).
