BANGALORE: Tata Elxsi Ltd has informed the BSE that the board of directors at its recent meeting approved the appointment of Mr Madhukar Dev as the Managing Director of the company for a period of three years from January 16.

Mr Dev was earlier the Executive Director and designated as the Chief Executive Officer on January 16, 2002, for a three-year period.
