Ranbaxy, other drug cos face £94.5 m claim in UK

Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd may have to fork out a portion of the £94.5-million claim made by the National Health Service.

When contacted, officials of Ranbaxy said that the matter is sub-judice and therefore "it is not fair to comment on the issue".
