THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Change is the only constant in the era of LPG (liberalisation, privatisation and globalisation), said Dr M. K. Ramachandran Nair, Vice-Chancellor, Kerala University.

He was delivering the valedictory address at the inauguration of the Business Line Club at the Department of Management Studies with the Nesamony Memorial Christian College, Marthandam, near here.

Competence, knowledge and competitiveness will help a management student keep pace with the change. The core strength will lie in knowing and nurturing one's competency. Books and periodicals will help him achieve this, Dr Nair said. The programme marked the end of the two-day management meet, Gleams-04, organised by the Department of Management Studies.
