Kolkata , Sept. 10

MR Justice K.J. Sengupta of Calcutta High Court, hearing the probate matter of late Priyamvada Birla, on Friday took cognisance of an order passed by the Testamentory Department of Calcutta High Court and has fixed the matter for hearing on September 14.

The Testamentory Department had passed an order stating that Mr R.S. Lodha, in his probate petition, has not filed the original registered will and testament of late Priyamvada Birla.

This was very important for granting a probate on the will of a deceased person, it said.
