M.P. Birla's sisters file caveats

Our Bureau

KOLKATA: Khaitan & Co, the law firm representing the Birlas in their dispute with Mr R.S. Lodha, has confirmed that six members of the Birla clan have filed documents in support of caveats, objecting to Mr Lodha's probate application in the Calcutta High Court.

The six include Ms Radha Mohta and Ms Lakshmi Newar, the two sisters of late M.P. Birla. The Birlas, who have already filed caveats, have asked that they should be heard when Mr Lodha's probate petition comes up for hearing.
