PPF is still relevant

The former UTI Chairman, Mr S. A. Dave's views on providend fund, expressed in the past, and now on PPF, certainly cause concern among the salaried class (Business Line, September 9). They subscribe to PF and save in PPF for use at a later date. . The suggestion that a subscriber should not be allowed to withdraw from his PF account, or to say the PPF is irrelevant, should not be accepted by the salaried class.
