NCC Bluewater may sell processing plant

Hyderabad , Aug. 11

NCC Bluewater Products Ltd, the ailing aquaculture company belonging to the Hyderabad-based Nagarjuna Construction Company group, has informed the stock exchanges on Monday that its board at a meeting held recently has approved the sale of the company's processing plant in favour of Gajula Exim Pvt Ltd.

However, the sale of the processing unit, located at P Dharmavaram village in Visakhapatnam district in Andhra Pradesh, was subject to obtaining the necessary approvals, the company said.
