Codito in pact with FSM Labs

MUMBAI: Codito Technologies, a vertically integrated company in the open source system software, in the embedded Linux space, signed a preferred partner agreement with FSM Labs (Finite State Machine Labs) on Monday.

Under the agreement, both companies will work together with customers on products based on FSM Labs' RtLinux offerings. They will work to provide embedded solutions, training, and engineering support to customers in India and Germany. They will also collaborate on business development efforts towards the use of FSM Labs products and solutions.

An official release quoting Mr Mandar Agashe, Chairman, Codito Technologies, said: "This agreement is a validation of our efforts to build products in the embedded space, while at the same time focussing on the high-end of the technology value chain."

The release quoting Mr Victor Yodaiken, CEO and co-founder, FSM Labs, said: "As an FSM Labs partner, Codito will work closely with us to provide customers with engineering support and services."
