Addl Solicitor General appointed

NEW DELHI: Mr L. Nageswara Rao has been appointed Additional Solicitor General in the Supreme Court of India, according to an official communiqué.

Mr Rao is a senior advocate in the Supreme Court. He was designated as a senior advocate in November 2000. Mr Rao, who practised in the Andhra Pradesh High Court shifted to the Supreme Court in 1995.
