Health Resorts project in Sagar Nagar Our Bureau
HYDERABAD: A health resorts project would be set up at Sagar Nagar in Visakhapatnam under the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT), scheme. The State Government has leased land to the project being promoted and executed by Mr D. Tirupati Raju in an area of three acres. The cost of the project would be Rs 1.87 crore and the construction period is 12 months. The lease period was 15 years, according to an official release.
