APC launches in-house call centre

BANGALORE: American Power Conversion, major provider of power protection solutions, has announced the launch of its Multiple Access Centre. The MAC is in-house call centre catering to its clients across the country.

Equipped with a trained customer support team and toll free help lines,e MAC will benefit customers and channel partners from 60 cities, a release said. This is in addition to the e-mail and live Internet based technical chat facility.

Mr Anand Iyer, Country General Manager, APC India & South Asia, said, "The telephone being the most preferred communication mode today, and thanks to toll free numbers, customers can call us now free of cost for any information or support from APC."
