People SafeScrypt MD joins Heinz India Raja Simhan T.E.
CHENNAI, June 4 MR K. Dasaratharaman is taking over as National Head of Sales, Heinz India, in Mumbai. Mr Dasaratharaman who was the Managing Director, SafeScrypt, a Sify subsidiary, quit the company last week Sify sources told Business Line that in April 2002, Mr Dasaratharaman did a very good job at SafeScrypt, starting the firm from scratch and establishing it within a year.. Mr George Zacharias, Chief Operating Officer, Sify, to whom Mr Dasaratharaman reported, will be in charge of SafeScrypt, till a replacement is found for Mr Dasaratharaman. SafeScrypt was set up to exclusively focus on Internet Trust and Security Services. As a licensed certifying authority (CA), (under the IT Act 2000) certificates issued by it enjoy legal validity in any Indian court of law.
