New member on MosChip board

HYDERABAD: Dr M. Rammohan Rao, former Director of IIM, Bangalore, and currently Professor in the area of Quantitative Methods and Information Systems, has been inducted on the board of the Hyderabad-based fabless semiconductor company, MosChip Semiconductor Technology Ltd. He fills the gap created by the resignation of Mr V. Ramesh in March.

In a company statement, MosChip has informed that alongside this, Mr P.S. Narayana, Director (Engineering), has taken over as Vice-President (Engineering) from Mr Vivek Kumar Gupta, who quit MosChip citing personal reasons.
