NEW DELHI: Suntec Business Solutions, the Trivandrum-based customer care and billing solution provider, has successfully implemented the interconnect billing solutions for HFCL Infotel Ltd. (HITL), the networking arm of the Himachal Futuristic Communications Ltd. (HFCL), which offers basic services in Punjab.
