Merck to sell Taloja plant

MUMBAI, April 22

PHARMA firm, Merck Ltd is to sell its Taloja facility. The board of directors of the company made the decision at a meeting held last week.

In a notification the stock exchanges, the company said that it would be seeking members' approval through postal ballot for sale, transfer or disposal of the Taloja Plant. The Chairman will declare the results of the postal ballot at the 36th annual general meeting of the company on June 9.
