Yokogawa bags MSEB order

BANGALORE, Feb. 18

YOKOGAWA Blue Star Ltd. (YBL), a process automation company, has announced that it has bagged an order from the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) for supply of Zirconia Oxygen Analysers with Yokogawa's cell technology.

The order worth Rs 1.7 crore, involved the supply and installation of Yokogawa's Zirconia Oxygen Analysers to 52 power units of MSEB, spread over seven sites located at Jalgaon, Chandrapur, Koradi, Nashik, Parli and Khaperkheda in Maharashtra.

The Zirconia Oxygen Analyser, which is attached to the stack connected to the boiler in the power plant, helps optimise furnace efficiency, saves energy and offers increased environmental protection.
