Events Seminar on food processing in Madurai Our Correspondent
MADURAI: A one-day seminar on `Opportunities in the Food Processing Sector' is being jointly organised by Indian Food Park, Virudhunagar and the Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry here at the Indian Food Park campus on December 29. Eminent speakers from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Defence Food Research Laboratory, National Horticultural Board, APEDA, NABARD, Banana Research Centre etc. are expected to participate. World class manufacturing practices and packaging technologies would form part of the discussion. The fee for the seminar is Rs 250.
