Vegetarian cuisine festival

HYDERABAD: A 10-day festival of South Indian vegetarian cuisines is being organised by Taj Tristar, a unit of the Taj Mahal Hotels in city, beginning on August 16.

The `Dakshin Bhojanotsav' will begin with `Sadhya' the Kerala cuisine on August 16 for two days. Subsequently, Vindu of Andhra Pradeh; Virundu of Tamil Nadu and Authana of Karnataka with a range of dishes would be on offer for two days each in that order, according to a press release.
