Tata Steel pays 40 pc

MUMBAI: Three Tata Group companies have announced interim dividends.

For 2001-2002, Tata Steel's board has approved an interim dividend of 40 per cent, that of Tata Power 50 per cent and the board of Indian Hotels, an interim dividend of 80 per cent.

The record date is May 30 for Tata Steel and June 5 for Indian Hotels, their official statements to BSE said.
