QAI launches operations

BANGALORE: QAI (India) recently launched a gamut of services for the IT-enabled services sector. The new service includes customer contact centres including consulting, training, assessment and certification for COPC, ISO and Six Sigma.

Mr Navyug Mohnot, Executive Director, QAI siad ``India is a big market for the call centre industry. With our expertise, we would enable call centres to gain competitive advantage by providing consulting, training, assessments, benchmarking, certification, conferences, e-learning and corporate membership programme.
