Integrated Soft unit signs pact with US co

HYDERABAD, Feb. 3

THE IT-Enabled Services (ITES) division of Integrated Software Solutions (ISS), a city-based software services provider belonging to the US-based $20-million ISS group, has announced that it has entered into a tripartite agreement with the California-based Outsource International LLC for outbound and inbound services to two Fortune-100 companies.

Addressing presspersons here, the ISS President, Mr Prabhakar Gudur, said Outsource had committed to provide one lakh hours of business per annum to the call centre of ISS-ITES. However, he declined to disclose the identity of the Fortune-100 companies involved in the tripartite agreement citing, a non-disclosure agreement.

The ISS-ITES has also set up ISS Academy of Excellence in association with the US-based Kathy Sisk Enterprises, a globally renowned customer service trainer, to cater to the needs of the growing call centre service industry in India.

The call centre facility of ISS, housed in 3,500 sq ft area at Hyderabad, currently has a 150-seater capacity per day.
