`Ind A' rating for Samtel NCDs

NEW DELHI: Fitch Ratings India Pvt Ltd has said it has assigned an Ind A rating to the Rs 30-crore non-convertible debenture programme of Samtel Color Ltd.Fitch also assigned Ind D-1 rating to the Rs 25-crore commercial paper/short-term debt programme of the picture tube manufacturer.

Ind A rating indicates that protection factors are adequate. Ind D-1 rating indicates very high certainty of timely payment.
